The plotting complex at Battery Const. #294 is on the east side of the center corridor, across from the power rooms. This area was to contain a combined spotting and switchboard room, the plotting room, a latrine, the (anti-)Chemical Warfare Service, or CWS room, an airlock and a small storage battery room for the telephone system.

CWS Room
The CWS Room at Battery #294 is filled with old construction supplies including crates of sound proofing tiles for the plotting room and parts for making concrete cable trench covers.
