B 3/1 S 3/1 served as the southernmost base end and spotting station for Battery Const. #403. It is a one room concrete structure with a wingwall type entrance. Only the west side of the station is covered with earth, leaving a 15 foot high expanse of concrete exposed on the north and east sides.
