Housing and Tramway
Fort Learnard, HD Dutch Harbor
Home  |  Dutch Harbor

The housing and support buildings at Fort Learnard were split between two areas; the lower area, serving the AMTB battery at Eider Point, and the upper area serving Battery Const. #298.

Although many structures have collapsed, the site is still relatively well preserved and offers a rare glimpse of the non-tactical side of Coast Artillery occupation.
