The Battery Command station and primary base end and spotting station for Battery Tactical #1 were housed in a three room concrete structure on the hillside above the battery. The stations were accessed via a ladder running through the BC station on the upper level into a general purpose room directly below the BC, from there a half-flight of stairs leads up to the forward observation station, B'1 S'1.

Many pieces of equipment are still at the site, including instrument pedestals, window shields, bunk frames and oil heating equipment. Also of note is the ladder shaft hatch cover and counterweight mechanism, which are relatively intact.
